Tanya Byrd

Beginnings
Hailing from the beautiful town of San Antonio, Tanya is a Texas native who has found her home in Johnson County. After graduating from Texas A&M she held careers in both corporate marketing and elementary education. When Tanya found real estate, she discovered that she most enjoys educating buyers and sellers about real estate, specifically first time buyers, and helping them through the entire process.

Work & Skills
Tanya’s prior experience in marketing and advertising taught her how to best utilize the latest marketing technology and social media platforms. This is essential in today’s competitive marketplace. As an educator, she knows the importance of staying current and having a wealth of knowledge for all aspects of real estate, and she truly enjoys educating her clients every step of the way. Tanya is bilingual (Spanish) and was voted Best Agent in 360 West for the past two years. She has experience in new home construction, luxury homes, remodeling, and farm and ranch.

Priorities
Tanya lives with her husband, Huntter, and their two children in Joshua. They love the rural, small town feel of Johnson County. “Everyone is eager and willing to help each other. It is a booming area economically but has not lost its core values and charm.” They stay busy
supporting their kids, Tatum and T. Boone, in all of their various activities. In addition to being athletic and outdoorsy, both kids are involved in Joshua FFA and Friendship 4-H where they show market pigs.

Tanya enjoys the outdoors (especially bay fishing) as well as cooking, traveling, cheering on the Aggies, and spending time with family. A Miss Rodeo Texas herself, Tanya serves as a member on various boards and judges’ pageants throughout the state. She also volunteers locally, serving on the booster club and the PTA.
