Justin Parker

Beginnings
Justin grew up just north of Austin in Georgetown, Texas. He attended Tarleton State University where he earned a degree in Wildlife Biology, followed by a masters in Agriculture with an emphasis in Range Biology. Justin then went into the private sector managing wildlife ranches, and soon after he met and married his wife, Rita. After managing ranches in West Central and South Texas, Justin and Rita came back to the Weatherford area. The long days and work weeks led Justin to consider a career change. The idea of selling real estate seemed to continually come up in conversations with friends, so after some deliberation Justin decided to give it a go and found it to be a perfect fit!

Work & Skills
As a biology student, attention to detail and problem solving was of paramount importance to Justin and his peers. He has a wide network across the state and his years of experience in ranch management taught him the importance of good communication. “Meeting and working with a wide array of individuals has allowed me to be able to communicate effectively with corporate CEOs as well as hard-working individuals building fences.”

Priorities
Justin, Rita, and their son Sammy live in Azle. Rita is a Kindergarten teacher in Paradise where Sammy is also a proud Panther! They enjoy being out in nature, especially hunting and fishing. Justin has a strong appreciation for conservation organizations such as Ducks Unlimited and Delta Waterfowl. He also has a love of history…he has been known to stop and read any historical marker he comes across to learn about the people and/or places they represent.
