Beginnings

Walter Matyastik hails from Waco, Texas, born into a close-knit family of seven, which includes one brother and five sisters. His early years were marked by a dedicated pursuit of a tennis career, leading him to become a collegiate tennis player at Pan American University in Edinburg, Texas. In 1987, Walter made the pivotal decision to transfer to Baylor University, culminating in his graduation with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing in 1990. Eager to further his education, he earned an MBA in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Management in 2005, solidifying his expertise in the business realm.

Work & Skills

In 2005, Walter Matyastik envisioned and brought to fruition the concept of Building Blocks Child Development Center, creating a childcare center chain. Recognizing the need for hands-on involvement, he founded Eagle Mountain Enterprises LLC to oversee construction. Since then, Walter has successfully purchased, built, and sold a diverse range of properties, including daycare centers, medical offices, residential homes, and raw land. His extensive experience in property location and negotiation sets him apart in the real estate industry, ensuring clients receive not only a skilled professional but also a dedicated advocate committed to securing the best deals possible. Walter’s unique blend of vision, hands-on experience, and client-focused approach makes him an invaluable asset to those seeking real estate success.

Priorities

Beyond his professional life, Walter enjoys leisure activities such as golf with friends and pickleball with his wife. A dedicated sports enthusiast, he follows the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Baylor Football and Basketball. Central to his life is his unwavering faith in GOD, which forms the cornerstone of his values and decision-making.
