Beginnings
Mike grew up in Burleson, Texas, raised by a strong single mom alongside his sister. From a young age, he found himself drawn to the world of construction—building homes, designing spaces, and ultimately helping turn a house into something more: a home. That early love of building things by hand eventually sparked his passion for real estate. Mike understands how meaningful it is for someone to finally have a place to call their own, and nothing brings him more joy than helping others find just that.

Work & Skills
With over 25 years of business experience and a solid background in construction, Mike brings a unique set of skills to the real estate world. He’s personally bought and sold everything from investment properties to Farm & Ranch, which gives him a wide perspective on what buyers and sellers need. But it’s not just technical skills—Mike also studied counseling, which helps him listen carefully and guide clients toward their true goals, especially those first-time buyers navigating big dreams and even bigger decisions.

Priorities
Outside of real estate, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors—ranch work in Hico, kayaking, fishing, camping, and throwing axes in his own backyard lane. He loves dogs, horses, and a good strong cup of coffee. Most of all, he enjoys time with his wife and kids, making a home where they can do the things they love together. He’s traveled far and wide (and even appeared on the David Letterman show), but nothing beats the feeling of home. He does have a soft spot for the Historic Stockyards—there’s just something special about that place.
