Jessica Leeper

Beginnings
Born and raised in Fort Worth, Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in Business while working full time to put herself through school. She originally envisioned a career in accounting or HR, but life had other plans. After becoming a mother, she discovered that raising her family was her greatest passion. As a proud mom of three, she sought a career that would allow her to provide for her children while still being present for the moments that matter most. Having bought, sold, and moved more times than she can count, real estate became a natural next step.

Work & Skills
Jessica brings a unique blend of professional experience and personal insight to real estate. Her background in business, accounting, and human resources helped her develop strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication. She also earned her real estate license in her early twenties while living in Missouri, giving her an early introduction to the industry. Combined with her own experiences as a buyer and seller, she understands both the practical and emotional sides of a move and is committed to making the process as smooth as possible for her clients.

Priorities
When she is not helping clients, Jessica is usually cheering from the sidelines. A devoted sports fan, she loves college football and spends many fall Saturdays rooting for the Oklahoma State Cowboys. She also enjoys attending concerts and has a lifelong appreciation for country music thanks to her Fort Worth roots. Most of her free time, however, revolves around her kids’ activities, where she proudly serves as chief cheerleader and unofficial family chauffeur. She also admits to being a rare Texas exception: she does not eat salsa or drink sweet tea. Thankfully, queso still makes the cut.
