Jake Womack

Beginnings
Jake grew up in Sante Fe, a small town in South Texas. As a young man, he learned how to break and train horses and helped run and operate his family’s cattle ranch. He later attended Tarleton State University where he earned a degree in Business and a Masters in Animal Science. His long time interest in real estate led him to pursue his license in 2017.

Work & Skills
Initially, Jake got into real estate to help investors find properties that fit their needs. Since then, he has made it his mission to learn all sides of real estate, including residential and land development. It’s no surprise that Jake excels in farm & ranch. His education and personal experience have taught him what a property needs to be a fully operating and functioning ranch. Though this is his specialty, Jake is knowledgeable in all areas of real estate and is continually learning and growing in order to help clients find exactly what they are searching for.

Priorities
Jake has a great appreciation for the old western lifestyle. “There is a simplicity and peacefulness found when you’re miles away from civilization, just you, your horse, and a couple of good friends working together, like cowboys have for hundreds of years.” When he’s not riding, roping, or working cows, Jake enjoys fishing and hunting, playing guitar, and spending time with friends and family.
